Stunning 5ft by 7ft area rug crafted from hand looped jute with a plaited Natural and Midnight Weave. These are made in Rajasthan, India in a rural area just outside of Jaipur where they are produced entirely by hand from eco friendly jute fibres.

The deep blue black jute offset with untreated natural jute make this style perfect for adding depth to the room while staying neutral for a classic dark neutral finish which works well throughout the seasons. They look stunning within the bedroom or living room and work well with most colours. The thick weave are perfect for cushioning hard floors

Part of my collection of natural jute rugs, I also have this rug in a runner version as well as a lighter plain version for true minimalists or those looking to add a neutral texture.

Both in tone and in production these large rugs are natural and neutral, they use minimal processing and pesticides in their production and the undyed jute makes for a beautiful early texture.
