UK shipping Policy

Free UK shipping is available for all mainland UK orders, a surcharge may apply to larger items where there is an increased postage cost such as the Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Man and White and Northern Ireland.

Processing Times

Orders placed before midday will be dispatched same day upon payment confirmation unless specified on the homepage. The exception is large rugs which have to be booked for collection and are generally dispatched within 3 days of the order being placed. International orders will be dispatched on the day following customer payment rates.

International Orders

Overseas orders are subject to quotation unless already specified at checkout. Any applicable rates and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and if unpaid any postage costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount with an invoice provided.
